It takes a dedicated player willing to be challenged both mentally and physically get the most value our of their athletic development.  

The Blast places very high value in our high possession style of play along with our D.R.E.A.M. development philosophy to help them grow as players and as people.  (Discipline, Responsibility, Effort and Attitude working together to Motivate today's soccer player). 

We use proven Blast possession metrics to help players connect with each other that also clearly quantify our technical development progress.  Tactically, we work with "players and layers" to establish insightful understanding of positional responsibilities on the field. 

Our coaches monitor player objectives and provide regular opportunities to assess and reset their development objectives throughout three distinct seasons:  Fall (Aug - Nov.), Winter (Dec - March) and Spring/Summer (April - July). 

This development process keeps players actively engaged in making sure their personal milestones are clearly linked to the clubs goals and objectives.
